Map Color Guide
Blue / Moving: The bus is currently running on the road.
Orange / Idle: Engine is on, but the bus is waiting or stuck in traffic.
Gray / Inactive: The bus is turned off or tracking is offline.
Portal User Guide
1. Real-Time Geofence Alerts
Go to the Live Map, select the "Alert Zone" tool (bell icon), and click anywhere on the map to set a tracking radius. You will receive active toast warnings when your bus crosses this boundary.
2. Crowd Status Voting
Tap the colored crowd status indicator on any bus card to report its current passenger load. The system prioritizes the absolute latest report to show the real-time crowd status.
3. Route Travel History
Check the History page and drag the time slider to review historical bus movements, travel paths, speeds, and timing records from earlier in the day.
